Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy

Effective September 6, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of t.computer’s provider-neutral infrastructure for browsers, computers, sandboxes, and computer-use agents.

1. Your agreement with t.computer

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use t.computer, including our websites, console, application programming interfaces, software, command-line tools, hosted workflows, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. Accounts, Projects, and credentials

You may sign in through a supported identity provider and create or join an organization and Project. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, activity under your account and Projects, and the people and systems you authorize to use them.

Keep API tokens, service credentials, provider credentials, node credentials, browser sessions, and other access material confidential. Use least-privilege permissions, revoke credentials that may be exposed, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or share account access except with authorized members of your organization.

3. The infrastructure Service

The Service routes requests to eligible first-party or third-party browsers, computers, sandboxes, agents, nodes, and other runtime providers. It may expose task state, ordered events, screenshots, artifacts, usage, live-view connections, approvals, and takeover controls through a normalized interface. Availability and behavior can vary by provider, region, configuration, trust level, and requested capability.

You are responsible for selecting appropriate constraints and reviewing the advertised security properties of a runtime. A capability shown by the Service describes an implemented technical boundary; it is not a guarantee that every provider or action is risk-free. Preview and beta features may be incomplete, less reliable, or changed without notice.

4. Your instructions and Customer Content

“Customer Content” means data, requests, commands, prompts, URLs, files, credentials, browser state, screenshots, artifacts, and other material you or your users submit to or generate through the Service. You retain ownership of Customer Content. You give t.computer a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service, comply with your instructions, or comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Content and direct its processing. You are responsible for your instructions, the environments and accounts you connect, the legality of data you process, and the results of actions performed through the Service.

5. Runtime actions, approvals, and output

Requests may create resources, execute commands, navigate websites, interact with third-party systems, generate output, or cause other side effects. Review targets, permissions, policy, provider capabilities, and expected effects before running work or approving a consequential action. You remain responsible for determining when human review is appropriate.

Automated systems and computer-use agents can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. Runs may pause, fail, time out, duplicate an upstream side effect, or produce partial results. Maintain independent copies of important data and verify work before publishing, sending, purchasing, deploying, deleting, or otherwise relying on it.

6. Third-party services and providers

The Service may interoperate with identity providers, compute providers, agent providers, websites, APIs, repositories, and other third-party services. When you connect or select one, you authorize us to send it the information and instructions reasonably needed to perform the requested work. Third-party terms, privacy policies, availability, and fees apply to their services, and we are not responsible for third-party systems we do not control.

If you supply your own provider account or credentials, you are responsible for that provider relationship, its configuration, and its charges. Disconnecting a provider may interrupt active resources or prevent future work.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud or deception;
  • access accounts, computers, networks, data, or systems without authorization;
  • create, distribute, or operate malware, spam, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, or abusive automation;
  • exploit, endanger, surveil, or discriminate against people unlawfully;
  • circumvent safeguards, approval controls, usage limits, trust boundaries, or access controls;
  • interfere with the Service or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • resell or provide the Service in a way that hides your users’ unlawful or prohibited use; or
  • use the Service for safety-critical operation where failure could cause death, personal injury, or substantial physical damage.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary.

8. Security responsibilities

We use safeguards designed to protect the Service, but you are responsible for securely configuring your Projects, permissions, network access, connected accounts, nodes, workloads, and data. Do not place secrets in fields intended for logs, metadata, events, or other non-secret data. You must apply updates we identify as required for continued secure use of local software or enrolled infrastructure.

9. Fees and usage

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing cadence, usage measurement, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase or in an order form. You authorize applicable charges and taxes. Usage and cost information shown by the Service may be estimated unless we expressly identify it as final. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

t.computer and its licensors own the Service, including its software, interfaces, branding, and documentation, excluding Customer Content and third-party materials. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership in the Service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay applicable fees, or if law requires us to do so. We may also remove abandoned preview accounts or resources after reasonable notice when practical. Provisions that logically should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

12. Service changes

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, providers, integrations, regions, interfaces, or usage limits. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change significantly reduces a paid feature. You are responsible for following documented deprecations and migrating from preview or retired interfaces.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” t.computer disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee that the Service, a provider, a runtime, or output will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, recoverable, or suitable for your needs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, t.computer and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or interruption. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid t.computer for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.

15. General terms and contact

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of the Service. Applicable law governs these Terms while preserving mandatory rights under local law.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice in the Service or by another appropriate method. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last revised. Questions can be sent to legal@t.computer.
